Maureen Reed’s watercolor compositions are inspired by the vegetation in Michigan. Reed’s paintings are soft, almost misty. She uses a spraying technique with her pigments that resemble the soft edges of spray paint. lives and works in Calhoun-County, Michigan where she can be close to her family and be inspired by the ever-changing natural landscape.
