Linda Thompson is a full-time realtor, but turned to art as a way to relax and de-stress. Eventually Linda’s oil paintings gained popularity and her studio practice became a more serious endeavor. Linda has shown artwork in several states. Her style is inspired, in part, by Van Gogh and Matisse. The perspective in Linda’s paintings featured a skewed image, in which flat surfaces are upturned to show more of the horizontal space, and textures are emphasized.
