Ceramics on the wheel Classes

First and Second Thursdays every month @6:00-8:00pm $80*

Join Betty on the 1st and 2nd Thursday of each month** to learn to throw on the wheel. During your first visit you’ll learn to throw on the pottery wheel. The second session will be spent applying glaze to your ceramic pieces.

These pottery classes are suitable for any participant age 10 and up, however students under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. These classes make a fun date night or friends outing.

Only 6 spots are available each class so register quickly!

*$80 for two nights of class.

** Jan, April, & July classes are the 2nd & 3rd week to avoid holidays

Ceramics Lab - Open Studio

Saturdays 11:30 AM - 4 PM | $30*

The ceramics lab will be available for open studio time on Saturdays. This is open to any student who has taken our ceramics class at least once.

A 25 pound package of clay can be purchased for $20 (advanced notice required call or stop by to purchase)
The studio can be used for the wheel or hand building.
Participants are required to leave the studio and all equipment clean.
All projects must be clearly marked with their name.
Participants must supply their own glazes or underglazes.

*There is no charge for firing if it can be added to weekly firing. A solo firing is $15 per load.

Our classes are suitable for all skill levels; from, "I have never used clay before" to experienced potters. While children ages 10 - 16 can attend with an adult, we do offer several classes for children on our youth pages.
